This DVD is for those needing to learn the foundational strategies
Harriett created to instill memorization of the multiplication facts
with Mr. Upside-Down T, chants, and the 'Finger Roll', plus other
skills. Proper implementation is needed to guarantee a long-term
memory of the multiplication facts by at least 80% of your class
within the first 5 weeks. Lack of the facts will prevent students
from mastering fractions, long division, decimals, rates, ratios,
proportions, similar figures, area, volume, probability, exponents,
square roots, prime numbers, metric system, word problems, ...
The DVD shows a training presentation to Leaders/Principals who are about to open their KIPP Academies. You will be able to review as often as needed until you to feel comfortable enough to execute the strategies in your classroom.

The 'FearLESS Learning' DVD, Volume I, and 'FearLESS Learning' CD are highly recommended to be purchased with the 'Mission Possible' Handbook if you have not been trained by Harriett.
Harriett initially uses minimal mathematical terms to prevent students from being intimidated.
